Everyone loses.

Guess what, everyone? It's super fun guessing game time!

Today's game: what ethnic group will Senator George Allen (R) of Virginia insult next!?

Now, do keep in mind that you can't pick Jews, East Indians, or blacks- Allen has already revealed his true feelings about them to the world.

Also, Arabs don't count.

So, who's next? Hispanics? Asians? Native Americans?

Unfortunately, there are no winners, even if you do guess right. With racism, everyone loses.

The losers have to go here.

How can a guy like that be a Senator?? he should not even be eligible!
and WTF is all that fuss about his Jewish roots? Do we vote or not for somebody because of the ex religion of his mother?

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this genius insults Caucasians next... Just to keep us all guessing, of course.

Ginger kids...

Seriously, Allen's "macaca" comment was disturbing enough without the racial slur -- he was basically ranting about how the one dark-skinned person in the room had better get used to the "real world" of Virginia -- a room full of angry threatened "crackers." The guy is a thinly veiled klansman...

anon #2- The really ironic thing is that "macaca" was born and raised in Virginia- and Allen wasn't.

Your links probably mentioned these, but here is more about Allen:

1. Used to fly the Confederate flag around in either his college or early professional days.

2. Had a noose hanging from a tree outside his office in his early days.

Like Bush, Allen is chalking it up to "early indiscretions". However, Clinton got raked over the coals for puffing on a doobie, and avoiding (not evading) the draft.

On the positive side, Allen will probably be on his best behavior for the next couple of months. On second thought, he'll probably slip up....

I'm so glad this stuff has happened and that whether or not Allen is re-elected, his ambitions for national office are dead.

As Candy says, the most significant thing wasn't the name "Macaca" but the follow-up "Welcome to America." Yes, if you're not white with cowboy boots you must be an immigrant.
